FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE by Wyatt Motorsports
August 14, 2007: Casey Wyatt
NASCAR Busch East Rookie, Whelen All-American Late Model Series, INEX Legends Series & Pro Winged Champ Kart Driver
Two Top 5’s for Casey Wyatt at Langley Speedway
Langley Speedway, Hampton VA- Casey Wyatt and Causey Racing started the Peninsula Hardwood Mulch Legends event from third and eighth position. By lap 5 Casey had moved from eighth to fifth position. However he got caught up in a fierce battle between series regulars, and laid back to wait for the fires to cool. On lap 15, the bubble burst ahead of Casey as he pulled to the bottom of the track to complete the pass of the carnage. After the restart, he retained his spot in fifth and brought the #23 Causey Racing Legend home in fifth place.
In other Legend news, Casey is part of the Semi-Pro competitors on the State and National level with INEX. Three of his five starts ever have resulted in two firsts and a second place finish for the State and National standings with INEX. Car owner Dee Causey and teammate Rhet Causey are thrilled with his success thus far.
Casey & Causey Racings next appearance in the INEX Legends series will be tonight at Southside Speedway in Midlothian VA. We wish the all the best of luck.
